Who is this Mr Yu.. surely he was not dealing with IBN? Could he be working for one of the banks?? We needed urgent help with refinancing. Fortunately Scott came through with the right professional advice and saved us both time and money. Plus he gave us the best advice on how our bank may have been transgressing the Banking Royal Commission Guidelines. Could not recommend them highly enough.. prompt acting and friendly personable staff.. plus sage advice and huge savings on fees and interest rate repayments.
